If you take up our optional ads trial, we may also receive lead form submissions, campaign performance data, advertising account insights, and appointment or communication data generated by our AI tools.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide

We use your information to prepare and deliver your free Digital Audit; provide the services you request from us (website, Google Business Profile, reviews and directory listings, Facebook, Instagram and brand work, and CRM & automations); send booking confirmations, reminders and review requests by SMS or email; process payments and manage invoicing; and communicate with you about your account or services. If you take up our optional ads trial, we also use it to run advertising, qualify and follow up leads (including by AI voice calling), book appointments on your behalf, and report on campaign results.

Automatically collected and platform information

We use this information to improve website and service performance, analyse advertising data, refine campaigns and service delivery, and maintain platform security.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI Voice Calling (Optional Ads Trial)

Our optional ads trial can include an AI voice agent that may call, qualify, and interact with leads on behalf of our clients. When you receive a call from our agent, the following applies:

• The agent is an AI-powered voice agent, not a human.
• Call recordings and transcripts may be stored for quality assurance and service delivery.
• Information collected during calls (such as job type, location, urgency, and contact details) is used to book appointments and deliver services.
• All data collected through AI interactions is subject to this Privacy Policy.
